Default RPM A4 conversion

Well got off the phone with T.J. with Rpm. Going ahead and biting the bullet and getting her converted. I am stoked. They are even working with me on getting her picked up these guys are awesome I will miss my m12 but not the slipping clutch Any recommendations on rearend gears. I have 3.73's now making 850-890rwhp. Thinking about going back to 3.42 plan on dragging it regularly. Thanks

With that kind of power a 3:15 might be easier to drive. Congrats on the A4. I love mine.

Thanks Mark yeah i was thinking maybe a 3.15 also with a good size stall converter. I know RPM will help me match it also just wondering what everyone else has and thought. How is your beast running. I was watching a vid of one of your runs the other day

At those power levels & regular drag racing you might want to buy a spare.

Congrats on the switch. Drag racing just got a lot easier.

On a side note, when are you having this done? I need to pull my tranny and get it to RPM for a rebuild. Maybe I can throw it in your trunk and save on some shipping. :-)

Oh ok is that with a 26 or 28 in tire? I would like as much gear as possible without having to go into OD through the traps

3.42's would be wicked but maybe you could have both 3.42's and 3.15's and see which are the better set-up for you!

Man that would be sweeeet!

Thanks,Matt (I'd do 3.42's )

Hey yes that was my car, that was when i had a d1 with 650rwhp. Now i have an f1r 14-15lbs boost it made 890rwhp 816 rwtq, with 93 octane, torco and methanol through high flow cats. I havent made a clean pass with this setup. I have had alot of belt issues (my install) then clutch slipping. I mainly only go on corvette events at Bowling Green. It trapped mid 130's with 650 rwhp should be in the 140's somewhere now
