You may be able to get a decent deal from callies...one of their speed packs, if you want to go stroked.
Includes crank, rods, pistons, rings, bearings and all nicely balanced...just add a honed block and instant 383 or 402
What specs 4.125 on the crankshaft to get that 402 on the ls6 ???? I am having a hard time finding a displacement chart.

I don't know that too many would go to a 4.125" stroke with a stock Ls1/Ls6 bore which would result in a 395 cubic inch motor.
Most like to keep the bore/stroke square or slightly under/over square.
Common displacements are 4" stroke x 3.905" bore = 383 ci
or with an LS2 block, 4" stroke and 4" bore = 402 ci
a sleeved or lsx block bored to 4.125" with a 4" srtoke = 427 ci
An interresting combo would be a 4.125" bore with a stock ls1/6 crank which would be a 387 ci and probably have good high rev capabilities.
Lots of options...some just cost more than others.
