Looking at your data log you show 100% T.P.S right to the end. That mean's full throttle. Look at your time in the data log it say's 5.40 at the end and your dyno that you show the last entry the time is 5.03 at 6125 rpm's you made 754hp and 646tq. You maybe lean, but you did not let off with the T.P.S at 100%.
