I’m getting ready to remove my MAF from the car and was wondering if anyone makes a wiring harness that goes from the 5 Pin factory connector to a 2 pin that plugs into a temperature sensor. If there is who sells this?
Also what temperature sensor are you using for FI that will be either welded or screwed into the intake tube? Is there a part number for the bung and sensor that I can order?

I was told to get the 2 wire harness from GM. I would just get the IAT sensor for the Vettes and then figure out the threads. You should be able to just tap the pipe and screw it in, but if you want more strength, maybe you can weld a small plate to your pipe and then drill and tap it. There's no real tension on the sensor, so you just need it to stay in place and not leak.
2 wire pigtail from an earlier vette.Just solder it into the harness.
Temp sensor from a 1990 Cyclone truck.
3.5 or 4" pipe. Drill/tap for 3/8 pipe thread for sensor.
Pretty easy.
they are the purple and light brown tan colored wires. Also it does not matter the way you hook it up to the IAT sensor
Although I don't have info handy, picture circuit as a voltage divider, because thats all it is. The thermistor is simply a temperature dependent resistor or resistance changes with temperature. There is no polarity to reverse...
Thanks for the reply, I'm getting a wiring harness made with the weather pack connectors to go from the 5 pin MAF to 2 Pin IAT. I also picked up a screw in IAT.
