anyone have instructions on how to turn my returnless fuel system to return system. i know i need a fpr and new rails but can use the same stock fuel lines so i dont have to pull tunnel plate and all it intails.
The attached link is an OEM setup that is plug-n-play.
although, that method involves running the 97/8 stock return line up to the front... so you would have to take the tunnel down. Not really that bad.
I believe some folks have run a steel braided line down the rocker and connect back directly to the bulk head. but you would be searching for line adapters, etc.
There are many ways to piece it togethor, they 97/8 rail has a built in regulator on the rail, whereas you will need an external if you want to keep your 99+ rail and use an adapter for the return where the dampner connects.
I added the return portion of of A&A's fuel system. You use your current fuel rails. It comes with the fuel regulator and all necessary braided lines connectors and a new filter for return style fuel systems. I get great fuel pressure at all RPM levels. The return line is run down the tunnel and is protected from an impact. That is something that concerns me on the systems that run fuel down the rocker panels. A side impact can damage those lines that are only behind a bit of fiberglass behind the rocker panels.
