New combo
I know this isn't forced induction or nitrous, but most of the power freaks hang out in here, so I figured I'd share my new combo with all of you.
Vengeance Racing Vindicator Cam
AFR 225 with 60cc chambers
Crane Gold Race 1.7 rockers
Ported FAST 92/RevXtreme 95 (Ron met me on his day off to port the snout of the FAST 92 to match the 95mm throttle body from RevXtreme)
New oil pump
Cloyes timing set
SLP underdrive pulley
Kooks 1.875" headers
Kooks 3" x-pipe
Stock titanium exhaust
Stock shortblock
With the help of some friends, it took one long day and a few late nights to get everything done.
Ron from Vengeance and Tracy from RevXtreme were both extremely helpful and answered any dumb questions that I had along the way. I recommend that anyone do business with them as they're both great folks to deal with.
As far as I know, I'm the first person to try pair up the AFR225s with the Vindicator. I'm anxious to see what it'll do once tuned.

That's a video of it idling. I got a base tune from my friend at Intune Motorsports and with a few tweaks, it was beating the ground at around 900 RPM.

Vengeance has done other cars with close to the same setup but with TFS 215 heads instead.
I don't have any plans of spraying the car right now, so I don't think that I'll need a bottom end. Of course, something may change.

I think just about any other Corvette around here except for Jaxx is going to be slow compared to you!

Make that you, Jaxx, and Plaster are all going to be gunning for one another and I'm going to be hanging back in the slow crowd watching you all go really fast!
Of course, you and Jaxx have a tactical advantage over Plaster since he's still go the M12 in his car. For local types, you and Jaxx are the ones that are going to continue laying down the numbers in the 1/4.
By the way, when is the Pinks deal at Commerce? Isn't it coming up soon?

I got to ride in Plaster's car a while ago. Holy jeez, man....it's nuts. He's got a beast on his hands for sure!
