Which tuner here is going to be the first to take the new LSx block to 511ci, and boost the hell out of it? Is 2000rwhp possible?

I think I read somewhere that these motors were designed for crazy boost north of 35#

Arun. I nominate YOU!

Its not gonna happen.

The bore would be way to big. Not to mention the gasket material between cylinders would be marginal AT BEST. GM was using an advertising ploy when they said it could be taken to 4.250 bore.
Thats not even getting into the stroke issues.

It would be a complete waste of time and money.

Now, there are a few guys currently building 427 and 440's for BIG boost.
Me being one of them. I chose a 427 cid for cylinder strength.

That big of an engine out of an lsx would be a time bomb the crank would never hold the power with that stroke, when the throws get to far from centre of the crank the crank gets very weak and won't put up with the cylinder pressures!
