Well I started my removal of my old LS6 motor today. My tuner Kushan is waiting on my oil pan and intake to port match it to my All Pro heads. I also got my fuel system from Kushan I'll post pictures of the system tomarrow. Here are some pictures from today I'll am also going to post some parts forsale like my P1sc head unit, 60lb injectors, flywheel, Centerforce Dual friction clutch and more... Enjoy
Looks good man. That thing is going to be a serious monster. My mild 416 combo went 540/495rw N/A. I am hoping to ge 570/515rw from the new cam and other parts. This thing should easily go over 850rw. I am glad I got your addiction started. Nothing like corrupting another Z06 owner.
Here is my fuel system that was build by my tuner Kushan. He had this system on his 900hp twin turbo C5 Z06. They are kind of crappy pictures. Blown ECS Z06 I forget the size of the crank but the block needed a little machine work to get it to 418.

Ha, thanks Brett. This horsepower thing is very addictive .

... Pistons are Arias dish I forget the cc's but the compression is going to be around 9 to 1. ...
That looks like a very short skirt and top ring land. How are you addressing piston rock and top ring land strength? Tighter clearances or any coatings?
Thats is a good question blu00rdstr. I let my tuner or builder pick the pistons and they knew what kind of boost I'm going to run so..... I don't know the answer to your question but I do know this is a proven setup from my tuner Kushan .
Very sweet, that is going to be a MONSTER with the F1 Procharger huffing air into it.
How are you getting the 418 cubes out of the LS2 block, with a bigger crank (4.125 etc.).
Best of luck!
I have had it mentioned to me a few times that it is not recommended to have anything more than a 4" stroke on a boosted LS1,2,3,6, or LQ9 block because the wristpin ends up too high in the piston and causes problems for F/I. I hope you got your cubes another way or they're wrong!

Well I'll see, they could be right or wrong. I'm not a engine builder guru so I left that up to my engine builder.
Well the motor is in the Vette. The fuel system is installed also. The fuel system kicked my butt because I only pictures to go off of. Pinning the crank was also a hassle that 4340 forged crank if tuff metal after 5 drill bits I finaly find a carbide one that worked great. I'm waiting on my Procharger stuff getting polished this week. I should have it together by the end of this week. Here are some pictures enjoy
