This isn't good -i will post pics of my setup tomm. and maybe someone can tell me if i have a check valve in the brass inline filter--if thats what it is
I have the same problem with my Aps tt, It only does it when its hot..in the winter it NEver did it..I just accepted it as part of the kit..
Im sure it has to do with the Meth kit..
I drove for year and never really had a problem ,, besides the slight hesitation... I just figured its part of the turbo set up

really you just deal with it? I guess I could try to get use to it but I feel like it is causing some damage to the motor starting like that.
I just can't understand why there is not a fix to this! I have called Julio a couple times about this and I feel like I am becoming a pain but I do feel better now because I am not the only one having these problems. I thought it was just me and I was going crazy.
There has to better a better check valve that can be put on that nozzle to hold back the heated up meth from pouring through.
I had a long conversation with Julio yesterday and he knows I have been chasing this problem for a couple of years.
So he agreed to do some research for a better check valve, about 2 hours later he called me and told me that he had found some better ones and ordered a few of them.
I agreed to be the guinea pig for the test so he will send me one as soon as they get in.
As soon as I get the new valve I will install it that day and post up the results.

Got the new check valve from Julio this morning and installed it.
Just back from a 25 mile drive in 93* heat and the car is sitting out side in the sun heat soaking as I write this.
I will be trying to start it in about 25 minutes.

Sorry I didn't check in on this thread earlier (didn't know it was alky related) Julio and I have been talking back and forth on this and we think we have the fix for it. He has better access to check the results since he is in FL, we just dont have these issue's in NJ that I know of anyway, but maybe it's not hot enough here.
An easy check would be to simply disconnect your line at the nozzle and place into a clear bottle after the car is hot and let it sit, then you would know 100% whether it is from that or not.
OK, second test.
Did not activate the alky system today drove the car for another 25 miles in 93* heat, let it set for 1/2 hr and on restart it is maybe 9.5.
Spoke with Julio afterwards and one thing he mentioned is there is about a teaspoon of alky between the check valve and the nozzle.
So I will continue to drive it w/o going into boost for a few more times to see if it completely clears up.
Another note was the pipe on Bob's car is powder coated steel, not aluminum. Dont know if this also contributes.
Even tho the check valve is on the nozzle itself, past the check valve inside the nozzle is a teeny bit of alcohol. Probably a teaspoon full. If the pipes are hot and this little amount dribbles in.. I can see an issue.. minor and as Bob says 9.5 out of 10 is going in the correct direction. So the next test is moving the nozzle on the pipe itself see if that cures the rest. To get this perfect
To me even if you have a solenoid, the solenoid would have liquid past it.. more so than the check valve.
I got 25 of the higher pressure valves ordered today.
