Default C5 Supercharged Overheating

I would like your views guys.
I have a c5 fully forged 6.3 litre with DISC head unit and twin intercoolers.
I have heavy duty aluminium radiator with inbuilt oil cooler. Normal driving even in extreme temperatures and AC on never a problem even if I idle for 30 minutes it DOES NOT overheat.
BUT if I track the car ...after a about four or five 1.5 mile laps flat out the water temperature rises to boiling point. If I then do a cool down lap the temperatures come down very quickly.
The temperature comes down fast and I am ready to go again.
Would this be due to the inbuilt oil cooler putting heat into coolant.

Should I disconnect THE INBUILT OIL COOLER and fit a seperate oil cooler. Does anyone else think along this line???
I would welcome your thoughts.

When you say a heavy duty radiator, is it a Dewitt's, Ron Davis or something else? Have you done all of the basic checks such as: do have the air damn, have you checked for trash up in the front and between the condenser and radiator? What's your mix of coolant to distilled water?

You would want a radiator without the built-in oil cooler. Disconnecting the lines and going with an external may help but the additional fluid of a dedicated coolant only will do better.

Questions:

Do you have a shroud directing/trapping air through the radiator instead over or through the sides?

Do you have the lower air dams?

How much boost do you run ??? Sounds like the shrouding around the radiatoris missing ?

Also what is the mix of collant that you're running ?? A higher water content mix will aid in cooling.

Thanks for you feedback guys.
I have the air dams on and I am running a RON DAVIS radiator. Boost is low ..8 pounds.
I have changed coolant to water mix but it has not made a difference.
1.I will make side shrouds so air is directed only through radiator .
2. Seal the sides of condensor to sides of radiator to stop air flow loss.

I will try these mods and post again.
