I've built a number of twin turbo Grand Nationals. On a few of those cars, depending on the size of the turbos and exhaust housings the cars would run to a certain boost # without the waistegates working. These were all out Stage II motors on race fuel that would live at 30#+ numbers.Either that or you have a serious exhaust leak You might want to run race fuel while trying to figure this problem out.It could save you a motor.
Good luck.

Mike, Long time. I'm glad to see it's haulin ***. Here's a link to a post that has some pics of the top mount system. I ran he boost outlet barb on the turbos to the lower port on the wastegates. Left turbo to the Left wastegate, right turbo to the right wastegate, upper ports from both wastegates I connected to a T-fittting and then tapped that into the brake booster line. You have to tap the boost controller in-line between the brake booster and wastegates. I believe that's the proper procedure. If anyone else knows, set me straight.
thanks for keeping me on track.
turns out ,i think? i took off the boost control line that i had connected to the top off the WG'S.I RAN wot @ 6PSI,COOL!
then i had a smoke machine.i removed the oil inlet 4 an lines and the oil level in the center section was at the top, both sides.i pushed down on the drain hose and it drained out.the intercooler and compressor out right side showed oil dripping.pluming was cleaned with a few cans of brake cleaner.i drilled and plugged the cooler.i am putting in .06 oil restrictors and tighten up the return hose.
come to find out the oil ,even a small amount on the MAF really screws up how it functions in the middle rpm range.
i still do not have control off the boost.i am useing a turbonetics manual style it is turned full CW and goes past the 6psi spring with the top of the WG's T'd to the contrler out.
very cool pic's and discriptions i need to learn this trick
stick with me and i will be up and running.

Here is my top mount set up I am having trouble with my boost controller. So I have bypassed the controller for now and put in 9lb springs with a spacer so I am at about 10psi. I was in springfield yesterday met up with another forum member LTZPLY was having alittle fun ended up (by accident I might add) boosting 20psi. That I do believe is too much boost but one hell of a ride till my down tube blew off LTZ PLY one stand up guy didn't even bust my b**** when it happened just helped me get it reattached. Twice I didn't learn the first time LOL but it happened at 11psi the second time. Got strong t-bar clamps now so I am ready to go!
i can send a link if you need,
