I thought most guys were using either a FAST 90 or LS2 throttle body since no drive by wire 92mm was available yet.

The LS2 is the best option. The 2mm not going to make a difference, and if your that worried about it get the back of the tb port matched to the intake.

I did not go with the Fast 92 for the 2 mm but for the stronger material its made from. Tony what about the 100 mm body?

I just went through this decision with Tony and he recommended the 92mm TB over the 100. With the 100, you render the O ring useless and have to use a paper gasket but moreover, the net benefit is almost nill in terms of flow differences. Both Nick Williams and RevXtreme make quality 92MM pieces.

Hi Bill,

Pretty much covered in the above post. 100mm leaves too thin of a seal and with the kind of boost you plan on putiing out, I don't think it would hold.

I'm sure the 90mm will more than adequate for your needs since you'll be FI anyway.

Hopefully, you'll figure out some way to control the boost for the street and track use.

We run ported LS2 TB's. Just make sure you silicone the **** out of the intake 1/2's or it will split.

Don, do you recomend pulling the top orange gasket and using Orange Slicone between the upper and lower? Do you guys install the burst panels?

Pass on NW Bill-I hear that they are are terror to tune! LS2 TB is plug and play.

That's OntarioVettes Fast, i just installed the burstpanels and put new gasketing on the top to middle portion-I'm probably going to take it apart again and just use orange silicone instead.

Keep your money in your pocket bro-remember the KISS principal!!!!

The belt issue look's awesome-Frank''s been, to Mosport for some road racing, drove the car to Carlisle and back and the belt looks like new!

And when you get on the gas just a tad those 345's in back don't stand a chance-they go up in smoke with ease!

I'm finally getting a chance to get to work on my car-hopefully it will be running this weekend!
