I'd like to slowly start some of my N2O install. I still need a few parts, but wanna know where to run the wiring and main feed line in a C5. It's easiest to ask those who have done it before on each type of car than it is to feel and try to figure it all out. Any other mounting suggestions welcome and needed. Thanks.

I ran my line down the tunnel, zip tied it to the fuel and evap lines. at the rear I tied the line to the brake lines that run over the rear diff. I drilled a hole in the front of the sump (spare tire hole) and then to the bottle. In the front it comes up from the tunnel and follows the fuel line all the way to the engine.
You can also run the feed line down the rocker panel. It will come thru at each fender well.
The nitrous wiring I ran thru the pass side foot well, thru the main harness grommet, and will end up coming thru by the battery.
I ran all my wiring and my main feed line through the gromet in the passenger compartment. As for mounting options, I have the fuel noid mounted to a swivel right off the fuel rail and the nitrous and purge noid on the pass. side of the motor, on a bracket fastened to the cross-over pipe. Here are a few pics that may help
Thanks for the help, guys. Are you liking the plate system? Is that a Nitro Dave's? I have a HSW plate sitting here but it's a 90mm I picked up in a trade and I need to get rid of it for a 78mm setup.
Chris, on a side note: your car looks great. I have a black C5 that is in great shape and I am ordering new wheels Tuesday. I'm ordering the Ruff 930's but your C6 wheels are amazing looking! I was thinking they would look great on an all black car and your car is a great example, man.
Chris I like the clean install and I like the painted reservoirs. I have been debating on painting mine. I am repainting the car at this time so the reservoirs would work right in. I am working on a new nitrous setup and air intake system also. Mine is no where as clean as yours but then again its no where near complete. I have way to much **** going on to be clean as yours. Very nice. job well done.

This is the TNT setup I am replacing
Your setup is amazing and I think it is hard to keep something like a Direct port looking clean bc there IS so much going on. Very nice job and you have a beast of a car
How about fueling? I know my f-body cars but the Y-bodies are new to me. After how big a wet shot do I need to run a bigger pump? Is it just a simple replacement with a Walbro 255 like we do in the F-bodies? And stock fuel rails are fine until about what HP?

(Kinda amazed there's no nitrous sticky here.)
I had no problems running heads/cam/150shot (612rwhp/572rwtq) with a Racetronix 255 pump and Kenne Bell boosta pump combo. My new setup uses a stand-alone fuel cell for the nitrous kit.
My install...I have one more black fitting to install on its a 45 degree vice 90 off the mainline to the first nitrous niod then I am done (only took three years to do!)...
I am in fact at ECS today and tomorrow and should have new Spray numbers (as well as a Stage 5 Tranny/Yank Convertor/ZO-6 Rear w 3.42 gears)
Electronics I put most of in the Battery tray area
Mainline and wires run through the Big *** gromment right under the battery tray.
Wet and Dry system Visible
Old bottle setup (Animated file...let it load)
New Bottle Setup
New Panel Setup
Gauge has AFR/Bottle Pressure, Lean/Rich shutdown, Bottle pressure Hi/low Shutdown
On a stock Pump Stock Motor sprayed to 466 HP with no issues. Have since updated to Racetronix Pump/Hotwire kit/KB BAP.
