So your saying if the rail has 58psi then the injector is actually flowing 69lbs instead of 60?

So what if the rail has 62-64psi like my car, what is the injector flowing then? The rails PSI is relative to how much voltage the fuel pump is getting right? I've noticed that when I start my car in the morning my fuel pressure gauge is at its highest (64psi). After driving for some time the voltage drops and the fuel pressure drops to about 62psi. Just making sure all is ok.

With the 60lb injectors, they will flow 70.5lb @ 62lb fuel pressure and 71.5lb @ 64psi at 0kpa vacuum on the intake. Once you set the IFR table and tune the car, you're ok. You need to know what they flow to get your IFR table right. If your fuel pressure is dropping as the vehicle warms up, you can compensate with the ECTvs.VE table. ( not sure what it's called since I don't have my HPtuners in this computer.) Fuel rail pressure is based on how much voltage to the pump under load vs. how much the pump flows vs. how much demand for fuel or load there is vs. how much pressure drop there is in the lines vs. your regulator's ability to control it. The pressure at the injector will take that into account and add the amount of restriction at the rail when at max duty cycle. If your car is tuned properly, you have nothing to worry about. If you had any fueling issues, your tuner should have identified it.

Increase the fuel pressure to artificially increase the flow rate of the injector is not a good idea.

Only after you go beyond a certain pressure does it become an issue and we're nowhere close to that number. We are dealing with near stock fuel pressures here.
