I would not bother running Methanol on a NA engine.
There are some octane benefits with it, but I think the controls would be much harder to work out right.

Same thing with Nitrous, If you are going to the expense of running a second fuel system for it, would use a fuel cell with C16 in it. Build a recirculating system like a mini fuel system for it. You can talk to Julio about this, I have and he can do it, but IMO there are better ways to skin this particular cat.

Motley Drew used something like acetone to plastic weld the IAT sensor in his intake. I did in fact use a grommet and made sure it was it tight fit. 18psi boost and never an issue. It is a tight fit. I would bet the intake would blow apart before my IAT sensor comes out.

Interssting..I like it. So im assuming you put it on the top right behind the TB in that roundish open area? I need to do that and that would be the perfect place for it. So you just used a stock grommet for the IAT sensor then correct. Do you remember what size the hole was you popped in there?

I don't remember. I used a Unibit and ran it down until I got a tight fit.

Stock Grommet. Yep. If you drill the hole a little small, you'll get a tighter fit on the sensor. I almost had to jump up and down on mine to get the sensor to push through the grommet. That's why I say it won't be coming out any time soon.
Here's Drew's

Here's mine on a LS2 intake. Look off to the left next to the MAP sensor.
