Default changing rockers and spring

Im going to change my heads so would it be wise to change my rockers, springs etc and if so what kind? im looking for about 700 RWHP in the end with a procharger, head, cam, forged bottum end, etc.

It would absolutely be wise to change the springs. The Patriot dual Gold Extremes have done most everybody right. I would also recommend having a head shop shim the springs to match your cam specs so that you are able to take maximum advantage of the springs. Many people running the stock rockers and making your kind of power. My preference is a good, aftermarket roller rocker. Yella Terras are good. No Scorpions. I have the Comp Cams / T&D 1500's, but they're expensive and not necessary.

I like using the stock rockers with the bearings upgraded. The springs need to be matched to your camshaft.
