I have a 98 C5 Convertible with a forged bottom end/AFR Heads/Cam/78mm FAST/Procharger P1sc. It runs at 60psi fuel pressure but when I go full throttle the fuel pressure drops to about 40. I have a new Racetronix Fuel Pump and 60lb injectors but the car does not have a Boost A Pump. I was starting to think maybe I need one but when I was looking at MSD's website I noticed it said "NOTE: Not for use on Pulse Width Modulated EFI systems (no return line)" mine is a 98 so I do have the return line. Does this mean that I can't use a Boost A Pump? If so, what else should I check? I have already replace the fuel filter.

You can use a BAP on your car.
You may also consider a dual in-tank system.

You might also look into RACETRONIX Hotwire Kit for the Fuel Pump and definetely the BAP, use a KB it is good.
I have a '98 too and I have no fueling issues.
Make sure you are not also getting belt slip, if you are then you voltage will be dropping to the pump.
Matt, you have a 98 with the return fuel lines and you are using a BAP?
Yes! I have the RACETRONIX LPE Pump, RACETRONIX Hotwire Fuel Pump Harness, and a MAGNAVOLT BAP, 80 lb SIEMEN DEKA Injectors and ALKY Control Meth Kit (For safety)
