I'd go ahead and put a 30 into the BAP. We just blew my 20 on the dyno after a few pulls.....thankfully it happened there and not on the streets of Mexico.

Drew-fuel pressure should climb with boost-get a Mityvac and you can test the Hobb switch with it.

I know we chatted but I will let everyone else now. I did use the Mity vac pressure/vacuum tool I have and the the pressure would increase on the fuel pressure regualtor if hooked directly up to it. I have no vacuum leaks and steady vacuum on the gauge at around 17". Still not really sure what the issue is with my system but I am thinking its more of a mechanical issue with the internal pump. I did buy the full stage 3 RSI kit and once I get everything out of the car I will test the pieces individually for their flow rates etc and will figure out the cause of my issues. My setup worked flawlessly until this current issue so something just let go. I just decided I really liked the look of the billet machines piece and can even go with three pumps now if I choose as I can run one external if ever need be as I already have it plumbed
Hopefully the 2 internals will be enough though.
