A4 and Turbos
Is there any way to tune out the surging on deceleration? I was told it is the exaust and the turbos causing the issues. It is not bad, but kind of bugs me coming off the highway or stopping for red lights. If I take my foot completely off the gas it is not too bad. A partial throttle on decel is where you feel it the most.

Are you able to dump all the Boost with the wastegates?
Surging usually is from the pressure bouncing off the TB blade, since it has no where to go.
If it is not the pressure then some of those issues can be smoothed out by the tuner, it will be best to do it on the street since it is not a WOT issue
