We were trying to mess with the fuel system in that video. The shop owner was trying to "dead Head", i think that's what it is called, the pumps. He was pinching off the return line to see if it changed. When we pinched it off, the pressure rose to 80, but it still dropped once over 4k RPMS. I am hoping its the pumps and I can just replace them and it will be good to go.

Reason: added
I am trying to make 800+ with this setup. The fuel pressure drops to 40 at 4500rpm. As far as the A/F goes, I am not 100% sure. I believe the tuner said that it dipped into the high 12s, or into the 13s. I think the fuel pumps might be going bad. They are bosch 44s, but I think they have had their better days. Going to replace the pumps and bring it back to the dyno on Wednesday, or Thursday. I will post a vid of it soon. The thing spun the tires on the first pull... never had that happen before. POWA!!!!
At least you have a year its easy to replace the in tank pump from below. My mid 03 just plain sucks big time and gotta pull the whole damn tank to get to it.
That is why we got out of it as soon as we seen it go lean. Not exactly sure it went that high, I am just guessing. Prior to that, it was well within the safe A/F range. I have 2 external Bosch 44s that I can mess with, it is even easier; just have to pull the the rear wheel lining to gain access.
Man, I was hanging out with the big dogs tonight. They all have turbos, makes me want to jump ship and go that route.
stay with what you got... you will be happy you did...they have had more time to dial everything in... turbos don't always build boost, blowers do..better response..esp for a street car.

Have you upgraded the fuel pump harness? The small gauge stock wire can't carry the current needed to supply the pump(s).
Yeah, it is a racetronix harness. I am switching the pumps out as soon as they get here to see if that is the fix. I am optimistic about this, and I am believing that this will fix the issue. If not...Don't know. I bought it off of a guy on the forums and he was making over 800 with a 402 and a TT setup. I think the pumps are just old. We were messing with them and one definitely sounded a little different from the other.
On a good note. The car is making 700 wheel at 4500 rpm, and last night I took it for a rip to see how a quick blip of the throttle felt. I nailed it real quick and it just roasted the tires. I am not too sure what I would do with the added HP. I just might have to put the restrictor in to lower the boost a bit.
