Its pretty clear you dont have any idea of what kinda trouble you can get in racing.
Racing PRE ARANGED (In NC auto taking your car and auctioning it off)
Careless and reckless
Speeding
indangering the motoring public
Delay and obstruct
eluding arrest
Failure to yeild to blue lights
And what ever else they want to charge you with
And for the love of women DO LET SOMEONE GET KILLED!

Not my story! I've seen it happen. We had a sting happen about 2yrs ago.Where undercover troopers would hang out at the local car spots.They would come and hang talk racing and cars like everybody else.Had cars to race and the whole nine. Just like Paul Walker Jr!
From what I can remember they even raced. Got tons of cars plate numbers.I think it was like 30 cars or so. Just another Friday/Sat night for the car spots.....NOT they sprung the trap.
Impounded all the cars and loaded up a gang of STREET RACERS.
Sold the cars at auction.

You can out run the car (cop), you wont out run the radio. Most LEO's have on board video. What ever your choice is, be careful. The key is to have fun but everyone go home the way they came......alive and in one piece.

The people involved are mostly young white middle class males, many high school drop outs. Many of them have jobs where every penny goes into the cars. Nothing else is important.

Actually all you have to do is outrun the cop and then exit somewhere and go hide. They can't radio if they don't know where you are.

For the record, my friend got his nuts removed for allegedly racing on the highway by the Houston Popo during a TX2k event week. They were smart enough to paitiently wait until they could get up on him, get his tags before they hit their lights. Nobody's surprised to have someone following them during these events. There was no way out but bail and lawyers after that.
