Default HELP! Snow Meth system not working!

Ok so my meth system stopped working. Im so frustrated right now because i cant figure out why.

Heres what Ive done so far.....

-Isolated pump applied 12v- pump came on-eliminated possibility of bad pump ground or bad pump

-Checked MAF signal wire to controller for Voltage- has voltage

-Checked ground for controller unit itself- it was good but i re did it anyway

- Ive literally checked everything I can check on this system and from what ive gathered it boils down to being a bad control unit, but before i condemn it Id like your opinions. Thanks

i believe that the maf input signal going to be 0-5 volts. Find out for sure what it is , then add it to the controller box and see if you get 12 volts or a closed circuit relay out to the pump. There is really nothing to it.

How do you know the pump came on? By sound or did it actually flow? And if it did flow, was it downstream of the filter (if there is a filter)?

Yeah the pump came on and flowed- i disconnected the line and had it flow into a jug.

Yes the controller has the 12V fused IGN source. Ill check again but electrically as far as wiring goes everything is sound from what i can tell.

Yeah the MAF signal voltage range is 0-5v. I have that varying voltage while the car is on when i tested the wire leading to the controller. Problem is somewhere in between where the MAF signal goes into the controller and the 12v source to the pump- its not switching on like it should. Which again leads me to believe i have a bad controller unit.

Thanks for the suggestions so far guys! It helps to have others brainstorm with me- im about to lose my mind

Our MAF doesn't output in volts (like a Ford MAF) it reads in Hz, you need to boost reference the Snow kit instead

Hmm well the kit worked fine for like a month- went through one gallon of methanol before it stopped working.

WELL IF YOU PRESS THE TEST BUTTON THEN THAT PORTION of the controller is working. Take the soruce wire which is the one that suppose to be connected to the map sensor and connect it to 12 v . If the pump turn on then it is working correctly.

This kit doesn't have a test button. Also I did that already- applied 12v to the yellow Maf wire and nothing happened. This is a Snow kit

This one that you have is it like the Alcky, if water gets into the motor part of the unit it will lock it up and no more workey.

I belive that's the way all the pumps are, but his pump seems to be working when the controller is bypassed and voltage is throw directly to it.
