ECS car. Wonder why it is up for sale. Lots of work in that car, just to sell it.

Lost my job and was unemployed for close to two years and now two of three kids with tuition bills.

To seriously campaign a car like this you need to be able to make an ongoing investment and or have the ability to do your own wrenching.

I am back at work now but have only replaced a little over half of what I was making two years ago.

So the car must go in order to meet higher priorities and I am grateful for what I have.

Bump for you, good luck. It takes a real man to hold on to his priorities like that.

We are looking to paint the car soon to freshen it up some. This season we will be running it in our 8.90 GM EFI index series, with a few 7 second passes to show it's capabilities to a potential buyer.

Last season I ran some low nines at 10lbs of boost, and letting off at the eighth. The car can easily handle 30+ lbs of boost no problem, and is chassis certed to 6.0.

If I didn't have so much tied up in mine I would be after this one. Hope you find a buyer soon man.

Thanks Guys. This is a terrific car that has come together and overcame the last hurdle with getting the BS3 software straightened out. It has come together and is a rocket ship. If I get lucky and my career takes off again there is still a shot I will keep the car. The latest pressure is a good one. My daughter got into one of the top boarding schools in the country. The trouble with that is it costs as much as an Ivy League education. That said we are very proud of her and will support her education as she is an exceptional child.

Thanks for the input. I am going to run it in the 8.90 class just announced at Englishtown, make a few 7 second passes to show what it can do, and maybe have it painted. I can hold on until early next season. I did try Ebay with another car and got a lot of bids but no where close to what the value of the car was worth. That said I will try it again.
