When you push the test button on the controller should the little light on the gauge pod show green. I had mine hooked up and it shows red when the test button is pushed???
Do yourself a favor and disconnect the hose at the nozzle, point it into a can or otherwise away from the car and hit the test button to ensure you're getting flow.

Who is Tuning your car, I am putting an Alkey kit on next week? I live in Northwest Indiana 40 min from Chicago!
Thank you guys...can you put the nozzle before the maf, I done have any where to put it otherwise?
I would install the nozzle after the MAF. I located my IAT RIGHT before my TB so I could watch the effect of the METH. Basically, the nozzle should be between the MAF and the TB (and IAT)
When the kit wakes up.. meaning you go into boost or hit the test button.. the LED will light up red. Once the line pressure hits 50 PSI of liquid pressure, the LED will change to green.
When you press "test" you only send 3.5-4.0 volts to the 12 volt pump. So it does a low pressure test. 3.5 volts on a twin nozzle setup may not reach 50 PSI liquid pressure. But it flows the liquid non-the less.
Cars with twin nozzles may/may not go green when hitting test. This is because of the orfice size on the nozzles. Example you unhook the hose from nozzle, it will never go Green.
Liquid should flow through nozzle when hitting the test button. Messing with the controls may alter this.
What I do.. is watch my wideband gauge.. as i'm driving i'll push the button and as soon as air fuel drops a little.. its lock and loaded. When I go WOT.. i'll see it change from red to green. Thats it.
Cars without a wideband.. you'll notice the motor load up.
If at WOT it doesnt go green... pull out of the throttle. Something is wrong.
Well I cant hook mine up because I have this black box with 4 wires coming out it is suppossed to hook up to the MAF and not the MAP. There are no wiring instructions for this. I could use some help. Thanks
Connect pink to pink on MAF
Connect yellow to yellow on MAF
Connect black to black on MAF
Connect green to green on alcohol controller
