quick question,
Can I still drive the car after a pulley swap from 3.8 to 3.6.. Belt will fit but I have to drive all highway miles from maine to ecs in Jerseynext week.
As long as I don't floor it and hit max boost I should be ok right? Going down to get a tune and a pcm update, or should it be done there?

If your car is tuned using speed density you can boost it no problem as long as you stay under whatever RPM you hit max boost at on your old pulley.
Example: Old pulley built 8 psi at redline, new one builds 8 psi at 5500 rpm. Stay under 5,000 RPM and you will be fine

You will be just fine, I have to drive two hours on my old n/a tune and injecters with an a&a supercharger to the tuner.

Just let ECS change the pulley, check the belt, etc. It's not worth trying to save a few dollars doing it yourself, especially if a problem arises.
