I am tuned for E92 right now..BUT
I can tell you im tired of the inconsistency of the E85 at my local station and have filed a complaint with the Air Resources Board and they have tested the station and I am awaiting their results. I have been testing this station for a year and the ethanol % is always at 89-92% (once it dropped to 78-82% for a few weeks but then next week right back up at 92%) and rvp was off spec levels as I test rvp as well. ARB told me 51-85% is the spec, nothing less or more so the station is selling off spec E85. They also told me if they meet 83% min they get a tax break so all suppliers try to meet the 83-85 spec.

How are people setting up there HP tuners software to get the proper air fuel ratio error or Lambda error? Are you converting your WB AF into lambda with a custom PID and making a custom PID converting Commanded AF to commanded Lambda?

What wideband are you using?
NGK specifies 0.62 to 1.1 range.
use V/10.41 + 0.62 for the PID
I am not very knowledgeable about this kind of thing but am trying to learn. I am under the impression meth is injected somewhere along the air intake path prior to getting to the cylinder. Meth cools the intake air, thus making it more dense, more dense air means more air in the cylinder which equates to more power, no? So if I were to run E85 to keep my engine cool and Meth to cool my intake air, wouldn't I make more power than just using E85 or meth alone?
When I was NA and cut over to E85 I had pretty much identical power to gas. My tuner was surprised, usually he said he sees a little uptick in low end torque. If you want to cut over do it for the benefits it can provide, don't expect to make more power.
I wouldnt run it in a NA motor unless it was a very high compression track car needing high octane and maybe trying to help keep coolant/oil temps down a little bit running it since the combustion temps are about 250* degrees colder with E85.
