Default A&A install question?

Hey installing my a&a kit 6rib v3 it's coming along good got the charger in. But I think I need more room for the intake pipe over the radiator did a quick mock up and doesn't look like it will make a connection. It trimmed the fan assembly and removed that top lip of the radiator do I need to also remove the first row of fins also?

It takes some finesse to install the intake pipe, but it fits.

it will fi t it just takes some Work. do NOT modify the radiator more than bending the upper part down a little. you dont need to cut off any rows that will only lea to a mess. the tube is kindof hard to get in there but it will fit fine.

Make sure you installed the spacers as stated above! thats what helps the kit fit the car perfect. If you running the stock radiator you will not need more shims than what come in the kit.

Make sure the radiator is pushed down all the way, and pushed all the way back towards the blower/motor.

If you still can't get it to fit give us a call. 805-278-4107

Another trick is just to leave the lower rad supports bolt's loose-don't worry the rad support won't go anywhere if the rad hoses are connected.

You can push down enough to get the dongle on-then bolt the rad support back on.

One thing I always do it trim/grind the lip of the rad where the dongle touches-every little bit counts!
