Default Help with tires

I have a 2004 Z06 with 550 rwhp and need some help with tires. Can i run 315/30r/18 on the rear since Kuhmo does not make the orig. size anymore. I like the kuhmo tire however i have nothing to compare it to but goodyear and they do not get the grip i need. I do not drag race and do not drive in the rain its just a bad *** toy. I am open to all sugestions. Thanks

Before I changed wheels and sizes I ran similiar power with 305 35 18
Nitto 555R11 held the power real well and great handling as well.

The Nitto NTO1 comes in a 315 30 18 and will stick like glue. I use it for road racing and on the street.

Before I mini tubbed I ran the same setup. Perfect for the street where your car doesn't see rain. Gobbs of grip!!! 305 on the rear 275's up front

315/30/18 are 1'' shorter than stock size so I don't run them tried them and 295/35/18s hooked better because they have more sidewall!

275 40 17 nitto 555 on the front
305 35 18 nitto 555 drags on the back

Next month or so I am going to mickey thompson 305 35 18 drag radials. Going to need the little more traction for the 200+ shot I am going to have.
