Default Quick Spool Valves?

Just getting into the FI and getting ready to do the install on the car here soon. In searching a friend showed me quick spool valves?

Here's one from sound performance:
http://www.spracingonline.com/store/...ool_Valve/3643

Is this a big turbo item or good for all sizes?

I have the UPP Twin turbo kit with T3/T4 turbos and am considering something like this if it really works.

Thanks for anyones help

They really work. I am good friends with the owner of Sound Performance. The spool valve is for divided housing turbos. Are your turbos divided? Honestly, considering your are pushing pretty small turbos with a V8, they should spool very quickly as-is. The spool valves would help a bit, but they are really most beneficial on large turbo applications or small engine displacement applications, wherever turbo lag may be an issue.

SP has several videos available online that show before and after testing of the spool valves. They really do decrease spool time and increase horsepower and torque at much lower rpms than without them.

I was hoping you'd answer with your experience with the supra you owned.

I do not have a divided housing. For the price I guess this may not be as beneficial?

Not as beneficial, and they wouldn't work with your turbos anyway.
