A decent manual 2 stg type controller is a Turbo XS....
Or you can easily/cheaply make your own with a couple parts from Grainger..... All you need is a 12v IR pneumatic solenoid and a small air regulator....along with a few fittings.. Less then $50 to make one... Cruise around on spring pressure alone, thats your first stage...then flip the toggle and whatever you have the air regulator set to is your 2nd stage... I ran these for years.. I even had a 4 stage manual controller I made that worked off gear position.... Pretty simple stuff but works well...
