looking to see if anyone has a good paddle mount setup that would work well with the RPM 4L65E Lvl 5 tranny. would it be possible to retrofit the c6 wheel and wiring or a complete c6 column to the c5 or does anyone make a c5 wheel mount paddle shifter. if possible I'd love to stay with the factory ECM but an aftermarket tranny controller is an option.
also would consider a sequential 1 up and down console shifter if it doesn't look horrible
I have a TTiX Z06 that has been converted over to an automatic which I love but it would be so much better being able to hold it in a gear driving around town.
at WOT it shifts pretty decent, at part throttle it shifts up way too early and lugs the engine. (economy GM programming)
Look at a search in here on the subject. Some big bucks here plus I dont see it shifting as fast as you need it or working like you want it to. I am saying here to much time between each other.
