Default Getting antsy!

My car is at my shop getting some finishing touches put on it and a tune... so anxious to get some numbers. I was 467/438 with heads n cam before. Took those heads n cam off and put on cleaned up 317's cut for 10:1, V2si w/ 3.6", alky single nozzle meth, LXL 222/230 114+2 cam, 1 3/4" long tubes w/ off road X and OLSD tuned...

Whatcha guys think for numbers??

And on a side note, how would this cam fair against the ECS 346 cam??

Should make some good power.

As for the ECS cam, I don't think you will pass smog with it. (Not sure if that's a concern for you or not)

At this point it isn't... I thought it would be, but honestly, a little extra money is worth not rearranging the car. I think down the line if someone could sell me on a ECS cam or something of the like I'll swap that in with some 243's again, maybe cut them down a little, run 80's and E85 and no meth.

My goal with this combo was 650. How far off am I?

Probably be at high 500's. I'll guess 570-590. If the heads are unported 317's, I'd think that would be hurting you a bit. Of course, if you go aggressive on the tune and spray a good shot of meth...then a 600 could be possible.

What is your exhaust setup?

Well I think you ll be close to 650. My car with A&A si trim on 3.6 pulley with 226/234 cam and meth made 605 rwhp with stock ls1 heads. With a good set of heads on the same setup you should make more than mine did. If it doesnt do 650 maybe try a 3.4.

You guys are killing me lol

Looks like I'm gonna put some 243's back on and a run a 8" crank... I just don't want any possibilities of slip with a 3.4" or should I even worry??

Those 317's should flow nicely with boost... I am running like heads on my forged stock cube setup/14psi with the ECS 1500 kit and Meth. Crappy LT's and gutted X pipe/cats. I made 645whp on a Mustang dyno. Those heads and my custom cam made a world of difference IMO
