The kit started life as the older style. It has the original twin intercoolers but has some charge pipe upgrades and the A&A bracket which is a version 2 (most current is 3)
I'm currently running a 3.8 pulley with 9-10 PSI
If you are buying a new kit I would certainly talk to A&A and ECS both great group of people who stand behind their stuff.

My vote goes to the A&A Vortech setup, which is what I went with on my car. I can't stand the constant high pitched whining of the twinscrew style blowers. Everyone has their preference. Here are a few samples of my own car at 12psi of boost on a V3 Si unit and a 52mm Turbosmart BOV.
When on the throttle, I can't hear the supercharger at all over the exhaust. But it's extremely loud outside the car, especially when it's wide open just cruising at 2k rpm+. Sounds like a massive vacuum cleaner going down the road.
Here is one after I handed the keys to a buddy.
One after having a new motor built, cam, more boost, and the 52mm BOV.
And inside the car, at WOT. Can't hear the supercharger at all (depends on your exhaust).
