your not going to quiet it down unless you install more. with the amount of air rushing out of the one hole creates a ton of noise, if you install a second one like i did it will make it much more manageable, if you change the spring rate it will just keep it closed when it should be open.
also the location of it under the headlight magnify's the sound, i have one in the original location under the headlight and one on the pipe that goes from the intercooler to the TB, i have friends that have ridden in my car that cant believe how tame and quite it is now...
