PTK and APS are -long- gone.
Instead of trying to compare various kits in the abstract why not state what your goals are and then those of us who have gone before you can give our two cents.

if you really are serious about 1500 you should think of back halfing the car and putting in a solid rear. the IRS will be beyond challenged without major upgrades

how about the tranny? you'll need something like a 480LE or power glide which is another 20k or so to convert.

for 1500 hp, I'm just not convinced the Vette is a good platform.

the chassis is plenty stiff, but the rest of the drive train is expensive to beef for that level

buy my old 68 vert and pro street that! you can slap a 480LE up front (I have one) and put in the accufab 4 link conversion without breaking the bank

let me know if interested, I'm selling it cheap (Ms says 3 nice vettes is one too many and the 68 is hot in the summer).

the top mount PTK headers are still out there in the wild but often the quality of the ebay stuff is really dubious.

I hope you have some pretty deep pockets. this won't be cheap or ez.

making the HP is cake, hooking it up with a reliable drivetrain on a c5, not so much.

I run a APS with modified turbos and before I modded the turbos at 8 psi it was an animal. After completing my rev2 build with the car @8psi I have no problem being @90mph and spinning tires 315s falken 615k. As setup is great and inlets arnt that bad. It's actually a well thought out kit and for the right price I'd consider selling only to custom make one. My car looks oem with my APS kit but sheet good luck keeping up
