I use speedhut gauges... they look really nice, have been accurate, and also have a programmable warning light... as stated above, you cannot keep your eyes on the road and gauges at the same time so the warning lights come in real handy... defi makes really nice gauges but they are expensive... I wish they had dashlogic for the c5 and I would ditch my gauges, having all the info in the dic would still be visible while driving... here's a couple of pics of mine, I run fuel pressure and boost on the pillar and my wideband is in the ashtray area
Hi, Could anyone shed some light as to the proper location to wire in the orange wire on the prosport gages to change the night/day colors (need to connect to wire that indicates headlights are on or off)? I have been searching on the forum and probing fuses without success. The fuse box under the hood might work but if you switch to high beams then the color would change again.
That suggests to use the side marker as the indicating power source to switch the gauges color when the head lights turn on. This should perfectly. Just following up on my question since I found what I was looking for...maybe it will help someone else too
