Stock stroke, no meth?

575ish. 625-650 with meth. Put a 3.125 pulley on there and add meth, should make 775-800

I would say ~675 WHP with that setup. For reference, I have similar mods on my Z16 ZO6, but with stock 243 ported heads, and ID 850 injectors, and put down 709 WHP with a 3.8" pulley, which produced 13 peak PSI.

I would guess upper 600s to low 700s. You have a forged block pulley it down max out the Ti trim and let it eat!

^ Agreed! I'm curious to see what the OP's peak boost is... He is running a smaller puller than me (I am running a 3.8"), and I maxed at 13 lbs of boost (709 WHP). Question for Josh @ A & A... At what point would it be advisable to switch to an 8 rib setup from the stock 6 rib setup when pulleying down? 15 PSI?

The final numbers will also be dependent on what the OP spins it to - my 709 WHP was to 7000 RPMs, and it was pulling all the way. So, if the OP stops at 6500, it will be lower for sure. Should be able to reliably run to 7K with a built bottom end.

It previously made 10lbs with a 4.0 pulley, so I'm assuming it'll make around 13-14 with the 3.6

I was planning on running a smaller pulley, but it's just my little DD with a stock rear & trans so I didn't want to push the rest of the car too much haha.

I was hoping to see at least 650whp, so I'm glad to see everyone thinks it'll break that!

Yikes if its your daily. I wish you the absolute best of luck. Personally for a daily like that I would want 550-600 ish and call it a day. I have a G8 that I daily and I will keep that thing mild on the setup.

Same setup here....a&a ti trim blower,4" pulley made 7-8psi,100% meth (585whp ). Came with a 3.6" pulley and made around 13psi (iirc). Didn't want to run that much boost until I upgrade trans/diff (05).
