No alky
1. If you have a blockage (clogged filter) it will go from red to green instantly
2. If you have the line open (like I did) and hit test, it will never turn green, although you will be able to see if its flowing
I have a dual nozzle kit so he told me to run the feed line to one nozzle, turn it all the way to 8 and hit test. The light went red, then to green.
He advised me it would be best to run a large single nozzle but I have the duals tapped and installed so I wanted to stay with them.
I have always run the gain around 4.5 (which he said was to low) and told me to set it at 5.5-6 (I set at 6.5) and now it is working perfect.
He said at low settings, the voltage is so low that it will not displace any air that has gotten into the system, especially on a dual system. I guess the only thing that I don't understand is that Ive had it on the exact setting for about 4 years now
Thanks for all the help guys
