Default non intercooled centri +E85?

Sorry if this has already been discussed. I'm tossing around the idea of purchasing an AA bracket and a vortech v3 or P1/D1. My car currently only has LG super pros. Is there any reason this wouldn't work non intercooled on low boost with E85. I'd imagine speed density would be benificial for packaging. Couldn't the volute simply be clocked, and have a short tube fabbed going to the TB (with BOV/BPV)? Thanks in advance for any input.

not so long ago all sc were non-intercooled. if you stay at 7-8 psi, its not really needed. i was going to go this route but now im glad i got the intercooler, im at 15 psi now.

Thanks for the responses, im going to move forward with this plan. Yesterday I ordered the A&A Procharger bracket and crank pin kit through TPS. Next month I plan to purchase the D1 and then acuumulate fuel system solutions. Since my car already has a ruturn line, I'm assuming a lonnies twin pump kit and some injectors would do the job. Any input is appreciated.

I'd add single nozzle meth kit for sure if it were me. I bet can get used alky control kit on here at some point very cheaply.

I dont think that would be much of an advantage running E85

For that matter, I would think the vaporization of E85 would obviate the need for an intercooler

True, that's the impression I've gotten on other forums, YB and the turbo forums. Im guessing the majority seeking 5-600 wheel on here grab one of the proven kits and call it a day. I for some reason have to be difficult. I want simplicity with room to grow. I don't want to rely on a meth set up. Not hating, I get the benifits. E85, bigish injectors and a couple in tank pumps sits better with me in my head. No intercooler needed, I can either mod the OEM radiator or buy the shorter one to have room for a 4". I'm a few weeks away from the head unit purchase, and am now considering the F1d. For now on stock everything, a big pulley on it seems like a good idea. A lot of air, less heat than a D1 at similar power and more room to grow. To be honest, the noise is reason enough. I'm just a regular guy/dealer tech who hasn't gone this ***** deep with a build before. Baby steps. Thanks to all that have contributed so much on this forum, really a wealth of knowledge. When my car is "mostly" together, I plan to reach out to Speed Inc for the charger to TB pipe fabbing and tune. They're local and I'd be thrilled to have them finish up what I'm about to start.
