Default Help - blowing fuse on Racetronix harness

Finished up my single turbo build recently. Currently putting break in miles on it so I have been driving it gingerly. It’s been running pretty well for a few weeks now until it left me stranded. I discovered a blow fuse in the racetronix harness. Replaced the fuse and it blew again right away. Any guesses what I should look for?

thanks,
Sean

definitely sounds like a short somewhere in the circuit. I would trace the harness on where you have it routed specifically and make sure its not pinched or frayed anywhere...

What pump? Mine did the same with a walbro 450, I had to up the fuse amp because the walbro draws a lot of amps.

It’s the racetronix kit with the 255 lph Walbro pump. The 20 amp fuse it part of the kit. I’ll trace the wiring and see if I can find a short somewhere.

You definitely have a wiring issue. The Walboro should not be pulling more than 20A.
