Default First C5 Need Help

I have a 04 with a Magnuson SC on her. I just changed the belt with a Gates 106" as per Magnuson. I followed the installation diagram for routing the belt. Within 3 miles, the belt snapped in half. The stock harmonic balancer was replaced by the previous owner with a 10 rib, but the rest of the system is a 6 rib. I put over 1k miles on the previous belt before it jumped off so I don't know what's going on. When the previous belt jumped off, everything was working fine to include the a/c. The tensioner felt strong when I installed the new belt.

hmmm, Is your crank pulley bolt still in place? i wonder if your crank pulley has walked out a bit. A jumped belt means something is out of alignment. get you one of those laser alignment tools and start checking and ensure everything spins freely. If you find the crank pulley is in fact out of alignment, i personally would replace it with the summit racing replacement 6 rib pulley.
