No real results yet, I just drove it around the block a few times. It does seem as though the boost is coming on much quicker, but I figured I better keep it cool and not wake up the entire neighborhood.
I still have a few miscellaneous things to finish up before I attempt to tune it. I also put on the plastic Vortech BOV and it sounds much different than before. The blower is much louder than before with the hood up, since the filter is no longer tucked down in the radiator.
The install is clean and things look much better under the car now. It did take much longer to complete the install than I had originally planned for (it ended up being about about 20hrs), but I took my time and tried not to rush anything. I also spent a few hours polishing the top of the intercooler. Most of the time was spent tweaking the positioning of everything. The install would only take a few hours if you got Andy to send you a pre-fabricated radiator support.
I should have some more info in the next week or so.

Its best to take your time and get familar with everything..whenever you do it again it will go much quicker and easier. You got what I feel is the best SuperCharger Setup..gee I wonder why..I would recommend the new MMS pully's Andy is selling as an upgrade..I still feel the 8 rib is necessary for the hardcores who want to get a hard launch without slipping the belt on the drag strip...but the new 6 rib pully's are far better for wrapping more belt around the blower pully. You definetly made the right step installing the single intercooler setup.

You have got to key the crank...I have heard of people doing it without removing the steering column..but once you learn how to remove the steering column it takes about 45 mins. The ATI should come with a crank pinning kit...drill hole and insert pin...

re-installing that steering unit is very tricky. If it is not put back in the exactly as it was removed, you will have the car throwing codes afterward. :cry

QuickSilver,
I am curious about the blue plastic device on your vacuum/boost pressure line behind the blower. What is it? Is it something to prevent blowing out your dipstick (like mine did-what a mess!)?
Also, are you running Nitros? I noticed a stainless steel line going into the bottom left side of your airbridge.

The blue device is a catch filter to keep oil from going into the PCV inlet on the TB.
The stainless steel line going into the airbridge is for alky/water injection.
The dipstick blowing out could be an early indicator of a much bigger problem. Something is allowing your crankcase to get pressurized (ringland/piston). Try a check valve on the PCV inlet, but also get a leak down test done.

Very nice setup. Makes me wish I had problems with the twins so I could justify changing to this! I had problems with blowing oil up the spout and solve it with a breather filter.

QuickSilver2002 (my car is also a Quicksilver 2002),
Can you elucidate us on your water/akyl setup?
Also, can you give me the vendor name and/or part # for the blue oil catch filter?
Your were right about bad rings. My #1 injector was bad and running lean. I burnt the piston down to the rings and was blowing into the crankcase there. Downside is I needed major engine work. Upside is I am getting a new 7litre!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experiences.
