Default TTi questions

Been doing some research over the past few days, had a few things about the TTi turbo setup I couldn't seem to find answers for. I'm so far from actually buying any of these setups I didn't want to bother the vendors with a call:

1.) Is it possible to just buy the kit from TTi directly and install it yourself? If so, anybody know what the cost is?

2.) It looks like from the pictures on their site that the IC piping may interfere with the brake ducts, is that the case?

3.) How much, if any, do they let you customize the package? For example, if the piping nukes the brake ducts, I'd want to modify that on my own. Similarly, I notice they're using a pair of HK$ BOV's, which are about $400 a pop. For the weenie boost we can run on these cars, why not use a pair of $40 1g DSM valves that will work just as well, and don't sound like butt? You'd save yourself $800 right there on whatever the cost of the kit is...

Thanks for any knowledge or experience!

The TTi kit is not available over the counter... can only be sold/installed by an authorized TTi distributor and/or dealer.

The brake ducting is removed and the intercoolers mount in their place. We, Xtreme Motorsports, do not offer offer custom routing of ductwork at this time. If you want to change the routing of the ducting you are most welcome to try after installation of the kit as designed.

The HKS valves are what come with the kit from TTi... to my knowledge their are no BOV options.

Hope this helps :)

Bill -

thanks for the quick reply. Since the kit is not available for the DIYer, then am I to assume we can only get it as an installed package, i.e. installed by Xtreme or some other distributor?

Bummer about the brake ducts.
