A. Vette Doctors's Magnuson special for $7,999.95 which will put me it the low 4oo RWHP. I was told my ECS.
B. East Coast's ATI Kit 6 rib kit for $7,995. installed or 8 rib kit for $8,995.installed. I was told the 8 rib kit would give me 450 +
(I have an A4 with LG headers,catbacks,LS6 intake)
C. A&A's ATI Kit $4.999.00 uninstalled 6 rib ? RWHP ?
I only live two hours away from ECS and 4 hours away from Vette Doctors.
I like to go to the track and it's not my daily driver. I only drive it 4DRUSH!!
I have heard nothing but good things about ECS. Since you are so close, I would go with his ATI kit.
It sounds like you will eventually want more power, so I think the ATI D1 unit will give you plenty of room to grow. The Mag is very nice with OEM qualilty, but not real good about giving you room to add more power when the obsession continues.
Re: Please Help I need your 2 cents. (Terry Burger)
Gee, I guess I have the best of both worlds...... I purchased a D1-SC from Andy with every intention of installing it myself, but have now decided to take the car over to Chris @ ECS this weekend for the install and tuning!!!
I can't wait to pickup the car in a week from this weekend!!!!!
Chris and the guys at ECS are finishing up my car this week. I went with the ATI kit 6-rib as I do mostly street driving with an occasional trip to the track. I also added Kooks 1 3/4 headers with high-flow cats, x-pipe and the Borla Stinger exhaust. I can tell you this, Chris took me for a ride is a similar car when I went up to the shop, this beast dynoed at 530RWHP. They really have the formula down with the custom ATI kit and the giant single intercooler
Go with ECS, they will take great care of you. Now Chris, where's my car
