I have it in my car also.

After almost stalling the first time I pulled away (to many giggles from everyone watching ) I'm very happy. Took a little getting used to the weight and bite point but after that it seems very smooth in comparison to what I was expecting.

How's the clutch pedal effort? Much stiffer than stock? How does it compair to the Spec pedal effort wise?

Thanks

Bill

It is stiffer than stock but not so much that you'd have a problem with it. It's hard for me to tell without driving them back to back (and my car was gone for a while so it was tough to remember). After a days driving it was no problem though.

The bite point feels a bit higher and a bit more sudden but that may just be due to where it is in the peddle travel and my extremely long legs (I'm 6'5").

In general after a days driving any of my initial concerns were forgotten and it seemed great.

I am looking at buying the Exedy twin as well. What else would you guys recommend. I am considering the following:
McCleod Adjustable Master, Z06 slave, LAPD external bleeder, getting the Goodridge line mod done. What am I missing? What about the flywheel, have you guys been reusing the stock one. If so any balancing issues. I want to do it all at once while I have it apart. Thanks

I love mine. It revs up WAY faster. I had mine on for two weeks and think it's one of the best mods out there. It shaved 18 lbs off the stock flywheel and shifts a lot smoother

Exedy recommends breaking in the clutch before dynoing.

What exactly is the "Drill Mod"? Pretty much stuck between two choices, Exedy and Spec. Obviously I know the better pick. Dont want the chatter as mentioned earlier. What about the other products mentioned? McCleod Adjustable Master, Z06 slave, LAPD external bleeder, and so on. Any experience with these?

I'm still waiting to hear what a 'good' deal is for an Exedy dual. Nothing I have seen advertised so far, IMHO, would qualify as a 'good' deal.
