I ran a 125 wet shot on my 98 for 1 1/2 years with no probs. stock motor with bolt ons. With a 150 shot you'd probably want to back out at least 2 degrees of total timing at w.o.t. just to be on the safe side. I ran stock timing with my 125 running 93 octane fuel.

I just got done blowing my motor w/the 150 pills. Its was a H/C setup though, so I was putting down a bit more power. But it's ok, I'm looking forward to forging it and spraying the crap out of it!

Just make sure you get it dyno tuned for the 150 shot. If you run good gas and have proper tuning, you should be just fine.

Default Nos Spray

I sprayed 180 Shot on my Stock bottom end car with Head and Cam. My car was running 11.1X consistent with that. Now I went to a 383 Stroker with a D1SC ProCharger and I love it. As long as your tuner sets your car up right, you wont have any problems. By the way, I didnt damage stock motor................................

Well, my pistons were also fly-cut and I knew that was a risk going into it. I sprayed three races straight on 93 octane. I believe that's the reason why my motor went. I got greedy

Running a 150 Shot Wet with a Stock Motor is not a problem , Now when You throw a 150 Shot on a H & C Car You should do a Nitrous Tune and a Fuel Sytem Upgrade(pump) just to play it safe .

A Nitrous Tune is essential (especially H & C Cars or Big C.I. Motors) , A Nitrous Tune would consist of using a WideBand on a Dyno to Measure Your Proper Air & Fuel Ratio , It tells You if Your running Rich or too Lean , You can pull some timing out (cheap insurance) accordingly, You would want to start out on a Low HP Jetting then work Your way up . Get a Nitrous Tune if: Spraying a 125 hp + on a Dry Kit with a Stock Motor , Spraying anything over 150 hp + on a Wet Kit also with a Stock Motor , Heads & Cam Cars Spraying Nitrous should always get a Nitrous Tune (wideband) to play it safe because of the Fuel Supply needed .
