Hi Mike. I guess you could market that drive way as a personal ski slope in the winter. I wouldn't be buying those homes even with a 4X4.

My driveway now is almost that bad.Have to go up and down really slow.Next house is going to have a flat driveway into a courtyard where my garages will be.
