No the fuse is fine and motor was replaced. It's either the lines, ground, or wiring probably?? Who knows.. I'll get it eventually, just a small problem.

Just a thought here (dangerous for me) but if your washer was down for awhile you might check the lines. There may be some crap built up in the lines. Happens with A/C systems so why not the washer system. Anyhow just a thought
Disconnect from the pump - and from the point where it sprays onto the windshield and clear out the line with compressed air (can's available at Radio Shack, Wal-Mart, or any computer place). Or if your cheap and impatient like me, take a deep breath put one end in your mouth and blow like hell.
