Default Back In Black!

Finally got some pictures of my new black-outs I got from Greg here at the Forum. I love this look on Torch Red. Thanks Greg for making these things DARK! The pics don't do it justice:

Are those the static cling covers or do they velcro or screw on?

The tail light covers are screwed on with the original Torx... they just fit right over the original lights. The Third brake light and the Reverse Lights are stuck on with double sided tape. My only complaint is that the little pieces of tape show through when they are lighted but I can't see any other way to mount them.... Maybe put double sided tape all the way around the outside in a narrow strip so it will look good when they light up?

what is the cost of a blackout kit new? It seems as though the install is quick easy if they just fit over the stock lights. The pics look cool . What will the lights look like at night?

At night or during the day (when the lights are on) they look pretty much like there is nothing there... Below is a pic of what my flash did when it penetrated the blackouts. You'll have to get in touch with Greg about the cost... I'm sure he'll post here soon:

I just recieved mine from Greg as well, but I haven't had the opportunity to install them. The service was very prompt and the quality is excellent. Looks great on red, black, & yellow.
