I believe it is under the front bumper. From what I understand....good luck getting it out intact. If you don't mind paying for one. The National Corvette Museum has a nice service where you can order a laminated window sticker and build sheet.

You either need very small hands or take the bumper off to get it.

Actually, I think it's in the front bumper! Buy a laminated copy from the Museum!

Me Too. They come in a nice cardboard "Do Not Bend" envelope from the NCM. Along with that you have the option of having it laminated to further protect it.Paul

I just ordered and received my build sheet and window sticker for $90. For my year, they included the multi-page dealer brochure, the flyer/brochure, price guide and more. I thought the $90 was stiff, but now after I have everything, I see it was worth it.
Like others mentioned, it comes in a huge cardboard envelope, maybe 18" square. It says do not bend, but with everything inside, you couldn't bend it anyway without sitting on the edge of it. It was delivered to my front door, not stuffed in the mail box at the curb.

Mine was in perfect shape-ordered a couple of them and a couple of extra widow stickers.Its not much more to order a couple of them while you are at it

I have to get my order in to the NCM for the laminated build sheet.
It sounds like this will be a "gotta have" item for me.
I already have the the window sticker.
Now I'll feel better about the order and delivery.

I got both the build sheet and window sticker from NCM. They came in excellent condition. I keep them in the described large envelope and store them behind the drivers seat.

It is in the frame rail behind the front fascia. You can order a copy from the Corvette Museum.
